Gray cardstock paper has high stiffness, break resistance and smoothness, the paper surface is smooth, the appearance is clean, there are no streaks, spots and other paper diseases, and there is no warping deformation phenomenon.
The difference between gray cardstock and gray board paper is that gray cardstock is made from raw pulp, while board paper is made from waste paper pulp.
KRAFT PAPER（Vellum；Brown paper）
Kraft paper is a tough water-resistant packaging paper, brown-yellow color, widely used. The quantitative range is from 40 g/m2 to 120 g/m2, in web and flat paper, and there are single-sided light, double-sided light and striped differences. The main quality requirements are flexible and strong, high rupture resistance, and can withstand greater tension and pressure without breaking.
Kraft paper usually retains its yellow brown color, suitable for bags and wrapping paper. According to the nature and use of different, kraft paper has a variety of different uses. Kraft paper is a general term for paper, and there is no certain specification, and it is generally classified according to its nature and use.

BAMBOO FIBRE PAPER

Synthetic paper is made of chemical raw materials such as olefins and some additives, with soft texture, strong tensile strength, high water resistance, light resistance, cold and heat resistance, and can resist the corrosion of chemical substances without environmental pollution, good permeability, widely used in high-grade art, maps, picture albums, high-end books and other printing.
Synthetic paper is made of synthetic polymer materials (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) with the method of drawing film (pressing film or blowing film), and then the use of chemical or physical methods to paperize, such as sanding can increase the opacity, and the surface can be treated with chemicals to obtain liquid repellent properties. Another kind of synthetic paper products can use synthetic pulp and be manufactured after beating treatment. The synthetic paper has very high tensile strength, very high tearing strength, good insulation properties, optical properties and excellent wet strength.
Synthetic paper alias chemical film paper, polymer paper, plastic paper, etc. Its main raw materials are polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other organic resins. The method is that the resin is melted, extruded, formed into a film, and stretched along different coaxial directions to produce a film; Then, the film is “paperized” to make it opaque and whiter, so that synthetic paper is made. This kind of paper has high tensile strength, and is not afraid of water, moth, elasticity, heat insulation, dimensional stability, smooth surface, suitable for books and printing. It is used to make fishing paper, nautical charts, perforated cards, water-resistant newspapers, record sealing bags, commodity labels, outdoor advertising, business cards, etc. The disadvantage is that the folding resistance is poor, and the crease is not easy to disappear after folding. It is difficult to recycle waste synthetic paper.
At present, the synthetic paper products used in our factory are Japanese YUPO, and the scraps cut in the manufacturing process can be recycled as raw materials for Ubo. After use, it can also be recycled into solid fuel (RPF) used as boiler fuel.
Because it does not use any harmful heavy metals, accumulated harmful substances, substances that will destroy the ozone layer and other environmental load chemicals, it does not produce any harmful gases except water and carbon dioxide when it is burned.
OFFSET PAPER
Offset paper is generally made of bleached coniferous wood chemical pulp and appropriate amount of bamboo pulp. When processing offset paper, filling, sizing heavier, some high-grade offset paper, but also surface sizing, calender. Due to the principle of ink balance used in the printing of offset paper, the paper needs to have good water resistance, dimensional stability and strength.
Offset paper has small scalability, uniform absorption of ink, good smoothness, compact opaque texture, good whiteness, and strong water resistance. Conjunctival-based offset printing ink and better quality lead printing ink should be selected. The viscosity of the ink should not be too high, otherwise there will be depowder, hair phenomenon. It is also necessary to prevent the back from sticking dirty, generally using anti-dirt agent, spray powder or lining paper.
The difference between double adhesive paper and coated paper is that the fiber density is different in the surface treatment, coated paper is a high-density fiber surface layer treatment.
